My work mainly involves developing our planning tool. I implement new features and fix bugs. The goal is to provide the tool's users with the smoothest possible campaign management process, so they can focus on what's essential.
A sense of meaningfulness comes from knowing that my own contribution makes work easier for my colleagues, for example. Often these are technically small improvements, but their practical benefit for the user can be significant.
Our dev team is small but efficient. We operate agilely and get things done at a great pace. We support each other and learn from one another. We have room for ideas and the freedom to challenge. All of this is made possible by open and active communication, both within our own team and company-wide.
